We offer wall, floor and outdoor tiles in a variety of styles, including marble, concrete and terrazzo effects. Whether you’re updating one room or planning a larger project, our collection offers options to suit different spaces and budgets.
Yes! Our tile samples are free, with free sample delivery. Simply select the sample option on the product page and add it to your basket.
Smaller tiles are typically supplied as full-size samples, while larger porcelain tiles are provided as approximately 200 × 100mm swatches.
Samples typically arrive within 48 hours. Stock items ordered before 1pm are available for next-day delivery.
Special-order items have an estimated lead time of five weeks. We’ll keep you updated on their progress and help arrange a delivery slot once they arrive.
Sample delivery is free. For tile orders, delivery costs depend on your order value, with free delivery available on qualifying orders. Please check the delivery charge before completing your purchase.
We recommend allowing an additional 10% for cuts and wastage. More complex layouts may require a larger allowance, so it’s worth confirming quantities with your installer before ordering.

Suitability varies between products. Check that your chosen tile is suitable for its intended use before purchasing, particularly for floors, outdoor areas or swimming pools. If you need clarification, please get in touch.
Samples help you assess the colour, texture and finish. Tiles with marble, stone or other patterned effects may feature variation between pieces, so a single sample may not show the full range of the design.
We offer a 30-day return period for eligible stock-item orders. Returns must consist of the complete order, with full, unopened, resalable boxes in their original packaging and on the original pallet.
Collection charges apply, and special-order items are excluded from our standard returns policy. Please read our Returns & Damages Policy before ordering or arranging a return.
Please inspect your delivery on arrival, photograph any damage and report it before the driver leaves wherever possible. Contact us with your order details and photographs so we can review the issue. Full details are available in our Returns & Damages Policy.
